Yes, I am a little full of myself here. This is only jam, plain and ordinary, except it is made freshly in tiny batches for when we have guests. From fresh or frozen fruit and even rose petals. Loaded with whole fruit and berries. Makes the table setting look great too. Summer is the best time of year - so many things to make jam out of! This is what we have made so far (and counting): Black Currant, Strawberry, Orange Marmalade, Apple Butter, Rhubarb and Walnut, Rose Petal, Cherry, Apricot. At least 3 varieties available ALWAYS.
