Our new crop of black currants is ready for picking and I got a really good start on it. These will be cleaned and frozen fresh in order to make jams throughout the year for our Signature Jam Trio and black currant coulis for your Pavlova Dessert as part of our Summer 2024 Kitchen Creations.
